The Women’s Outreach Committee helps to determine the needs specific to women in the superintendency and/or aspiring to the superintendency. To help plan programs to meet the needs of women in and aspiring to the superintendency. To look at strategies in which BASA can encourage more women to aspire to the superintendency. To plan and sponsor the Betsy M. Cowles Leadership Award.
